很不錯，比想象中的要好，房間整體乾淨整潔，美中不足的是充電插口大部分不可以用，和前台反應之後很快有人上門修理

Untuk kamar lumayan bersih..kamar mandi oke..cuma tv hanya ada beberapa saluran lokal..fasilitas kolam renang ada 2..boleh jadi alternatif nanti jika balik lagi ke bali

karena telat check in kamar berubah ( infonya upgrade ) tapi kondisinya.. air hangat harus menunggu lama & bahkan setelah menunggu lama air di toilet tidak kunjung hangat?? + wifi tidak sampai di room upgrade tsb, sepanjang lorong menuju kamar banyak kabel di plafon yg bisa dengan mudah terlihat??

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The room have heavy sewage smell, with leaking sink, flooding toilet. Dirty towel. Im in total speechless. Thanks goodness is just one night
