Very good, better than expected, the room is clean and tidy as a whole, the fly in the oin**ent is that most of the charging sockets are not available, and after responding to the front desk, someone came to repair it soon

For the room it's pretty clean..the bathroom is okay..only the TV only has a few local channels..there are 2 swimming pool facilities..may be an alternative later if you come back to Bali

because of late check-in the room changed (the info was upgraded) but the condition... warm water had to wait a long time & even after waiting for a long time the water in the toilet didn't get warm?? + wifi doesn't reach the upgraded room, along the hallway to the room there are many cables on the ceiling that can be easily seen??

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The room have heavy sewage smell, with leaking sink, flooding toilet. Dirty towel. Im in total speechless. Thanks goodness is just one night
