1. Upon check-in, welcome drink - which is nice
2. Upgraded room category for free - moved into a villa
3. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Every day they asked if everything was okay with the number, if they needed help. There was a problem with the air conditioning, which was fixed the same day.
4. The room is clean. Cleaned every day.
5. Very convenient location to the main attractions
6. The hotel itself is a work of art. Really feels like an authentic village
7. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ubud! I would love to return to this wonderful place.

Nicely located in the center of ubud, next to monkey forest. Staff is helpful, amable. Rooms are big and comfortable however, the shower area was leaking water, the ceiling was not clean, room aircon was not perfectly working.
Besides, gym is not functional, almost all equipment were not functional. Pool area is nice to rest.
Overall, nice hotel for 2-3 days in ubud area

A slightly older hotel. Our room on the first floor had no sunlight and had a damp smell. It is located in the center of Ubud and is very convenient for travel. The hotel has self-service breakfast appetizers and drinks, and a la carte main course. After staying for three days, the menu is different every day. The food tastes good! Afternoon tea is provided, and we only had time to experience it once. I don’t know if it is different every day; I like the shower in the hotel, the water is large and very comfortable; the front desk staff is warm and friendly!
