Arrive early and need to wait because room is not ready. While waiting a lot of mosquitos, so i said whatever the problem is , its okay . All i want is to settled in. Though the staff is apologetic, the aircon is not working but so tired to complain so i wait in the morning. I asked to help me call a taxi but staff answered me..no english! And this hotel is far from everything.
