Easy access from Ngurah Raidah International Airport, friendly and smiling staff are available 24 hours a day, and late night check-in is possible. A nice hotel with a pool. Within a few minutes' walk, there are local restaurants used by Indonesians, reliable money exchange shops, a rental bike shop, a mobile phone shop, and a convenience store. There are few amenities in the room, so it is better to bring shampoo, conditioner, face towels, drinks, and insect repellent spray. Air conditioning and a refrigerator are provided. A good standard for a hotel in this price range.

The hotel is near the airport perfect for early flight and the same time near the city 470meters from lippo mall they have free shuttle to the airport which was great. Staff very helpful and responsive I asked to make the TV function they sent a technician in a minute and he fixed it .the bathroom is very small and the toilet is next to the sink not confartable.

We gave this hotel a second chance to rehabilitate itself, but everything turned out to be even worse than it was 2 weeks ago, they checked us into room 106, overlooking the pool! The light in the room is very bad, everything smells of dampness and mold, the bed linen and towels are old, washed, stained, the refrigerator hummed like a tractor, the breakfast was meager, they skimped on everything, the air conditioner worked in one mode, it was impossible to turn the temperature up or down!
