Our stay in this "hotel" was terribly absurd for all the wrong reasons reasons:
The pool, advertised as available for use, is actually out of order for the duration of our booking.
Advertising a private kitchen, but lacking basic amenities like gas for the stove or basically anything you need to cook. What's the point of having a private kitchen if it's unusable?
The pictures of the room we selected on Trip.com were incredibly misleading. On top of that, there isn't even a single chair provided. To make matters worse, immediately after we checked in, there's loud earpslitting noise coming from the next construction undergoing in the next room, making it impossible to relax. Then the shower was just too filthy to even describe it.
They should have disclosed these issues beforehand so we could have canceled our booking. Instead, they kept us in the dark and blindsided us with these problems. Breakfast time came and it was only a selection on fried rice or fried noodles.
We feel scammed and cheated. I suggest others to avoid this "accommodation" like the plague.

Lovely rooms, staff we’re helpful and attentive.
All the amenities you could want, for the price I paid was well worth the money,
Only thing I can complain about was the location, I personally didn’t like Seminyak but that’s just my preference.

The booking was made and was tottaly different to what i had booked.
Only to be told i had made a cheap booking and the tiny little room they gave me was an upgrade.

Pedestrian location not suitable unfriendly staff dirty room, dirty bathroom rust no water for hours and instead of offering me another room (because the water problem was unique to my room) I was just offered to wash myself in another room after waiting 1 hour 45 minutes. Breakfast no coffee no tea just an inedible uncooked local dish prepared in a storage room upstairs, (yes while looking for the restaurant I found the employee who told me to bring it to my room and he would prepare it for me in a room full of rubble). Thanks to the lack of professionalism of Agoda which like the hotel refuses to reimburse me by telling me we are just offering this hotel I still left after the first night. Good for walkers I am but not far from everyone. Works stuck to the swimming pool so no possibility of privacy or unusable discretion. You are offered a welcome drink, yes I had water when I insisted. Big cockroach, lots of mosquitoes. The bed is a horror, arriving in the middle of the night and with the bedside lamps without bulbs and non-existent lights, I realize the next day that my hair does not belong to me, a yellow pee stain on the gray sheet, a horror. I took 3 nights I left after the first night because it's impossible even without a refund. Never do for the same price I am much much better now.

This place needs an overhaul. Well on the double rooms and reception anyway. I booked it purely for a afternoon as unable to stay on in my villa but flight not till 11pm. It was cheap but I have stayed at far nicer with the same rate. With a small amount of money these rooms could be rejuvenated but instead I didn't actually want to lay on the bed or take a shower because it didn't feel nice. It's dated and needs some attention. Shower head and bathroom rusty and smelt of mothballs. A kitchenette which just isn't required at all. The dated soft furnishings and the tv that every channel was fuzzy and only local tv. I won't be returning

Worse villa I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! If you like living in the zoo, Then this is the Villa for you… lizards the size of cats pooping all over the kitchen every day. Bats and cockroaches and other disgusting on animals running freely. Old, moldy, dirty in general horrible hotel. Would never go back! Would give zero stars if I could!
