The bathroom is dirty and the toilet leaks. The room did not match what we requested even though we had confirmed it two days ago with the hotel. The food is all gone and filling takes a long time.

The bathroom has cockroaches, smells of urine
There are lots of tomcats in the room
Cleanliness is very poor
Until I changed 2 rooms, fortunately the rooms weren't full yet

Very friendly, clean, great breakfast buffet, infinity pool and flora on grounds - very welcoming - cafe and ATM across the street - we even found a Vegan Shop just up the way!
