Very good. The hotel is very convenient. There is Starbucks downstairs. It is very close to everywhere. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. At this price and location, I can’t be picky. I am satisfied.

There is no soundproofing at all, there is a smoking area in the hallway in front of the room, there is no staff customer service manual, the room is small, I understand, but what can I do if I can even hear conversations in the hallway and the room next door? Breakfast and restroom facilities are all inconvenient,

This hotel, located in the center of Bali, is very good.
Starbucks is in the same building and there is a wide sofa in the lobby.
It is a very good place to rest as it has many beaches.
If I come back to Bali I will stay at this hotel again

Room on most day's was not serviced i.e. Cleaned and towels refreshed bedding done replenish tea coffee sugar No milk supplied on any day etc., before 5PM and on one occasion had to ask twice to be cleaned. Room service for food ordered took 90 minutes. some days only 1 water supplied not 2 as advertised.

Fast check in. Room is not huge but clean. Maybe the towel is old , little bit hard.
