You get what you pay for. It was a good price. One thing that would be really nice is a place to hang the bath towel in the bathroom. No towel bar or hook or nothing. The air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work so well. Fairly quiet place and typical Balanese friendliness.

Pros: genuinely kind staff, great value for money, Android TV. New restaurant was good (re-opened during our stay).
Cons: bathroom smell was a showstopper (we couldn't change room, so moved to another hotel), constant noise from construction, pool had strong chemicals. WiFi was patchy.

I always enjoy coming here because it is well maintained and clean and the staff is world class. All Balinese hotel in a good location to the beach, main street and night market.
Personally, I like the superior rooms in the back area almost better than the slightly more modern deluxe rooms in the front area close to the street. Many greetings to Ketut, Coman and Kadek who always makes good egg dishes for breakfast. There's even always cereal and cake. Thank you! Thomas

We enjoyed our six day stay. Great location, wonderful staff and enjoyed the pool. Would return in a heartbeat. Private outside balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and not far to night markets.

This is the hotel in Sanur that I always stay at when I come to Bali.
The hotel has a lot of greenery and is calm and relaxing. The building is old, so I recommend a deluxe room.
The shower and hot water are not satisfactory. I think this can't be helped.
The breakfast is as plain as ever. If you go outside, there are various restaurants and cafes, so you can have breakfast outside.

Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy but it’s the people who made the stay great. They were so accommodating and really went above and beyond for us. Extremely grateful and cannot thank them enough for everything they did during our stay.
