Good location. Near with everything. Staffs are very polite and friendly. The building is quiet old. The gym was closed, but we can go to Grand Mega to use their gym. The room was humid smells like long time never been open. No very clean, can see spider web on some spot.

The room was stuffy, dusty, lots of ants, the AC was not cold. The plus is the location, near Mall Bali Galeria, and other restaurants. Close to the airport too.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is very varied, the service from the staff is very good, the rooms are very comfortable, options with bathtubs, etc.; Furthermore, it has a gym on the top floor and a swimming pool, which is also very good. The only thing I noticed is the lack of maintenance in some specific areas of the hotel, such as burned out lights in the pool, old paintwork in some areas, exposed wires in some places. Furthermore, there is no pedestrian crossing next to the hotel on the other side of the avenue - this seems very “silly”, but believe me, I waited 20 minutes to cross service and there was a large flow of cars. But nothing that impacts the very good experience.

I gave 20,000 rupees and asked the counter staff to wake me up in the morning. Unfortunately, the counter staff charged the money but didn't wake me up, which caused me to miss my flight. I was very disappointed. The appearance photos of the hotel were wrong, and the other first and second floors were not ventilated in the basement.

This place is highly recommended! In terms of affordable prices and quite satisfactory quality and strategic location.
One thing that makes it comfortable is the choice of ceramic colors and the interior of the room is very suitable for giving a luxurious and elegant impression. The facilities are also very complete. The infinity pool is also a plus point for this hotel. Maybe in some parts that are difficult to reach (such as the gaps in the interior lights and the ends of the tables) pay more attention to cleanliness and if only all the lights in the interior of the room could be on, it would look prettier.
