My family and I stayed at Ubud Nyuh Resort celebrating my husband and I’s anniversary. And what a stay! We had the most amazing stay, and the crew made it an unforgettable experience. Their kindness, helpfulness, smiling faces and politeness is outstanding. The resort was nice and clean, the pool was very lovely and the standard of this resort is high. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant and although we didn’t go for any of their trips or activities due to us travelling with a baby. They had a variety of compliments experiences, I’m sure would add to the enjoyment at this resort. Upon arrival in Bali we unfortunately lost two of our luggage due to them not arriving with the same plane. The crew at the resort did everything they could to help us get in contact with the baggage service at the airport. They called them numerous times, held us updated and provided us with information. Unfortunately our luggage arrived at Nyuh AFTER we checked out (a mistake made by baggage service) again Nyuh was helpful. They drove our baggage to the harbour and made sure it got on a ferry to Gili Air were we stayed ensuring we got pictures and was updated all the way. Thanks to the whole staff at Nyuh and thanks to Gynowan and Yulia for their greeting upon arrival and for Yulia being helpful before arrival. And thank you to Dewa, Caca, Juni and the young 27 year old with the two daughters. I’m Sorry I don’t remember all the names, but each and everyone deserves a special thanks. I do hope the resorts manager and owner will acknowledge their staff amazing performance :)
