The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. Overall, the experience was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service in a beautiful setting. I will definitely come back again whenever I go to Bali.

It’s a bit hot for their living area cause it’s open, we requested for a fan and it was given to us (but it doesn’t help much so we barely spent time together - just stayed in the rooms)
Relatively clean but birds can fly into the living area and poop so have to ask them for service. Can consider these points before booking. Overall still quite satisfied 80/100

I am very pleased and enjoyed thoroughly my 5 nights stay!
The setting of the entire villa is soothing, secluded with lots of privacy.
The staff and service are most welcoming and commendable! They are all very accommodating and tried their best for adhoc requests which most impressive.
Special mention and thank you to Soma who is so enthusiastic and energetically efficient. Pro active and constantly checking if everything is ok.
I will definitely return on my future trips!

Friendly staff, especially the breakfast girls. Renovations currently underway so we were moved further away from the noise which was appreciated. Bit out of the way and hard to walk places due to lack of footpaths in the area. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety each day.
Spa was shut due to renovations so had to go to the 2 nearby spas for a massage (cannot recommend either of them)
All in all a lovely place to relax but a bit isolated if you like to go out and explore.

Perfect for families and groups wanting to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak. Great Villas with private pool, staff are friendly and Ketut stood out in making sure the visit was a memorable one. Easy connectivity to both south and north of Bali. Food options can improve.
