The location was ok, but they have a limit lot parkir. We have to parkir our car far from the hotel, then when we need our xar, we still have to go there to pick our car :( annoying. Should the hotel serve with the valet so the guest can drop the car on lobby only. Then, the small towel, they didn't change it, the just fold it again, so it seems like new, but when i open it, it was the one that i used.

- for the room + hotel it's really okay. cold AC, not salty water, spacious rooms👍🏻
- service was lacking, employees were less responsive (at that time someone asked for a portion of drinking water which had not yet been given, they were called, they were not in a hurry to deliver it, finally they called again for 10 minutes before it was delivered)
