Great stay with friendly and attentive staff. They seem to remember your room number.
Came during the low season and the property is less busy as a result. Staff had more free space to serve guests.
Room got upgraded too which was a nice touch. Breakfast was normal and don't expect much. Although the eggs station should satisfy your basic western breakfast style needs.
The private beach club for hotel guests only and complimentary shuttle service to the beach club + bali collection are a plus. Will stay again if the price is right.

Small friendly comfortable hotel with great pools in lush gardens. Good size rooms. Best breakfast yet. Just outside the gated area, so still has Bali charm with enough good restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to private beach in prime location. We will be back. Easy taxi ride to airport.

Overall average hotel, for this price point you can find better options. The rooms on the first floor are dark, not enough lighting. Wifi connection is poor. Breakfast is average. From hotel to the beach it’s 25 minutes walk, there is a shuttle bus but it works every 2 hours, not so convenient. Usually there is low tide after 2pm, water isn’t so clear.

Работники ресепшена отеля огромный плюс, который перекрывает все имеющиеся недостатки отеля. Они всегда придут к вам на помощь по любому вопросу, если у вас нет индонезийской сим-карты, то вызовут самое дешёвое такси со своего телефона, на стадии бронирования очень быстро отвечают на письма (20-30 минут), также максимально стараются выполнить индивидуальные запросы, указанные при бронировании. Ресепшен на 10+ баллов.
Номера уставшие, требуется косметический ремонт, но при этом сантехника и кондиционер работают хорошо, что немаловажно, в номере чисто, постельное бельё хорошего качества.
Мы бронировали самый дешёвый номер с видом на сад, просили предоставить тихий номер с хорошим видом. Просьбу удовлетворили, дали номер 228 на втором этаже с видом на фонтанчик во внутреннем дворе спа-центра, при этом номер был отделен от других комнат на этаже большим внутренним коридором поэтому соседей мы не слышали. Рядом с номером есть лестница, по которой за 30 секунд можно оказаться у бассейна, но при этом шума от бассейна вы не слышите. Если ищете тишины и спокойствия, то номер идеально подходит.
Бассейн: чистый, теплый, вокруг много зелени, вечером идеальный вариант для отдыха, открыт до 21-00.
Завтраки скудные, из европейской еды предложен только омлет, время завтрака с 7:00 до 10:00.
У отеля есть свой бич-клуб, но бесплатный шатл ходит только раз в два часа с 9-00 до 17-00, что абсолютно неудобно. Пляж убирается, но бич-клуб расположен в месте, где очень сильно чувствуются отливы, воды на пляже почти всегда нет, мы ходили купаться пешком из отеля на Geger beach (минут 15-20), рекомендую скачать в интернете расписание приливов и отливов.

空間巨大，設施有點點舊，保險箱能用。早餐不錯。整個衹有我一箇中國人。這個房間有個聯通門，有9應該以前是家庭房，介意的可以換一下。早餐不錯，有班車去海灘，總體環境可以。

A nice hotel, clean spacious deluxe garden room stay. Food was good , staff very courteous. Free beach shuttle daily. Lovely pools to swim and sunbathe. Nusa Dua is a nice quiet resort not a party place but some good restaurants. Massages galore to be had. Relaxing and enjoyable stay nothing detrimental to say about Grand Bali and would happily stay again.
