Not extremely clean but still, clean.
Almost all staff proactive and ready to help- some don’t have a lot of English.
Pool working and enjoyed a lot.
Room big but small beds. A/C working very well.
For the price is worth. Close to restaurants and supermarket

Bath tub had peeling paint. Front gate decor shabby, worn. Need new paint. Hotel badly maintained.

Pros: Good value for money as the room was very cheap. Great location near the city center, park, markets and museum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful area.
Cons: Room was a bit dirty and neglected. No hot water in the bathroom. Very noisy in the early morning and late evening. Unstable WiFi in the room.
Conclusion: Good for a night while you're exploring Denpasar and need a budget hotel. Wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The room is very old and outdated, and the service efficiency is very low, especially the middle-aged man at the front desk of the hotel. He is very unskilled in business. Bath towels, soap, shower gel, water cups, etc. are not there, and he didn't notice it. I asked what they wanted, but it took two or three times to communicate with each other before I could get these things together. The bath towels looked unclean and black. The quilts, sheets, and pillows are very dirty. I feel that the management of this hotel is too poor and amateurish. There is only one socket in the whole room that is barely usable, and it is still a little loose; the WiFi has no signal and cannot be used at all; I just Never seen such a rubbish hotel! Lived once, will never live a second time!

Stayed for two nights - deluxe and standard room. The hotel is inexpensive, clean, normal pool and garden. The staff is friendly and ready to help with everything. ..
But the rooms are shabby - either the water from the sink barely leaves, or the light does not turn off, I had to stick the switch with a plaster)

It's the oldest hotel in Bali, but the price is cheap! The location is excellent, close to the surrounding markets and attractions. It was comfortable except that the drainage in the bathroom was not good.
