Maya Sanur Resort & Spa

The a**osphere was very pretty, the room was clean, and there was a massage shop nearby, so I had a good rest. It was my first time visiting Sanur and it felt new. It felt like I was walking on Boracay Beach. I wanted to take a bike ride for a spin, but it's a shame I couldn't come back.

I stayed at Maya in Sanur, Bali for two days and I will never come back again. First of all, I have to admit that the room is very good. The biggest highlight is that there is a transparent glass between the bathing space and the bedroom. The room looks spacious and clear. There are four choices of pillows, two types of bedding, and two beautiful spa lights installed near the bathtub. , extremely relaxing when taking a bath. I really like the room! The disadvantage that cannot be ignored is that, as a seaside luxury hotel, there is only one swimming pool, which is not beautiful and big enough, and the entire hotel has no depth. The food is really average, the afternoon tea and breakfast are really unpalatable to the point of being speechless 😓 The variety and taste are very different. I actually think that if it’s not delicious enough, we shouldn’t take the initiative to offer afternoon tea. The biggest thing that makes me not recommend it is that after sleeping on the first night, I developed a rash on my body. I was not sure if there was something wrong with the mattress. When I communicated with the front desk, I sincerely hoped that the problem could be solved, but I feel that the hotel is very unwilling to find the cause on itself, and is also very arrogant and unwilling to provide any compensation. It has been insisting that no guests have encountered this problem, and only said that the room would be deep cleaned. I think that although the problem is not serious, it still makes me feel that the pattern is not big enough, and Maya may only stay in the third line. Overall, it is barely worth the price of 1,200+, but the experience is not good enough. I recommend trying the Andaz next door ~ the hotel environment, meals, rooms and services will be better.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good, and it is clean and tidy. I stayed here for 12 days this time. I am so happy. I will come back next time.

I went at the check-in time, but the room wasn't ready. I waited for about an hour. Still, I had a good trip because the service and surroundings were good.
