Very comfortable, good air conditioning, small but good swimming pool (not deep), very friendly staff, even the people staying were friendly and nice.

Very friendly service in this quiet gem found off one of the main streets of Seminyak. There is a small swimming pool and open lawn area which are great for relaxing in. Breakfast was freshly made, and seating al fresco with garden view was such a delight every morning. Rooms were adequately furnished, and only disturbed once by guests returning late one night.

The room is relatively spacious overall, with a small balcony, and overall tidy and clean. One of the waiters was more enthusiastic, but the rest were generally okay.
I ate a small black bug in my breakfast sandwich, so I asked them to change it to a fruit platter, which was a more appropriate solution.
But when I checked in, I had to wait almost two hours for the room to be tidied up. We were too hot and didn't want to go out so we sat at the door for a while and let them provide us with some free drinks. When I checked out, I was charged for the third cup. I wasn't happy, but I gave it to them anyway.
There is only one hairdryer at the counter in the entire hotel, but every time I go there, it is said that it was borrowed by other visitors, and I don’t know who didn’t register. This is a bit of a deduction.

We agreed, but we were not allowed to check in until our final consultation. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours and were not allowed to check in even if we could.
