The beach is dirty and full of waste. You cannot swim. The bathroom is open / outside so you have so much animals in your room. Mosquitoes comes under the doors and ants in the bed, so much spider webs under the mattress and reptiles and spider in the bathroom. After a complaint at the reception the management told me they spray every day-not so healthy. The employees and the management are very friendly but the bungalows are not really clean and old. I have had also white moulds on my wall beside the bathroom. Then I had to pay 2 breakfast due I was allone and have booked for me allone. This is not legal to pay tax and breakfast and give not a refund as Trip.com asked for the tax and breakfast refund.

A good, calm hotel. Polite and attentive staff. Walking distance to souvenir shops and various cafes. And the pool with warm water is just 5+, especially in the evening. My friends and I were satisfied.

Über 2 Wochen in unserem Osterurlaub 2024 waren wir im Puri Bagus. Hatten einen wunderschönen Tauchurlaub mit der ORCA Tauchbasis in der Hotelanlage. Haben interessante und spannende Taxis-Ausflüge auf der Insel erlebt. Der Service im Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wirklich alle Angestellten vom Kofferträger bis zur Hotelleitung waren äußerst freundlich, bemüht und kompetent. Wofür wir uns hier nochmals von ganzem Herzen bedanken möchten!!! Die Hotelanlage ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber ruhig, sehr schön und liebevoll gepflegt, prima Pool, Strandzugang, tolle Gartenanlage.... Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das reichhaltige leckere Frühstücksbüffet und den persönlichen liebevollen Service werden wir zu Hause vermissen. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen Terima kasih banyak!!! I was very impressed by the hotel. The staff and the manager are very friendly and accommodating. In addition to a massage voucher, I was also offered a free lunch with the manager. The area is very quiet and yet there are many options nearby that are easy to reach. The room and atmosphere are very clean and nice.

If you want some peace and quiet and are looking for a time out with some chillax time then this is the place for you. Traditional style villas, great staff and a beautiful location. The food from the little restaurant is fantastic, probably the best nasi goreng I have ever had in Bali, not to mention the mi goreng and the spring rolls, delicious 🤤
