Very good location and the hotel’s staffs are friendly. The hotel have coffee corner service for 24 hours.

Besides the constructions next to the hotel, I think the room is the most comfort that I have ever been staying at in Bali

It was the first 3 days in our beautiful vacations in the Bali, and it was right decision to stay in Kuta and Heritage hotel. Perfect location, perfect beach to begin surfing classes, nice service in the hotel and and very developed infrastructure around the hotel. Later during my stay in Ubud Amed and Uluwatu I really missed the Kuta. Nice place I recommend for everyone Heritage hotel if you would like to stay in Kuta for some time.

Great place to stay. Love the privacy of the plunge pool - right outside the room. Complimentary free flow coffee and juice at the lobby. Wide range of breakfast choices. Short walking distance to Bali's largest shopping mall. Will definitely visit again.

This was a pretty average hotel. Many amenities were dated. I booked the pool access hotel but the private pool went up to my knees, which was a little disappointing. Check in was a bit annoying because we arrived a few minutes before 3pm, and the front desk told me we would need to wait 5-10mins for our room. This was fine but we waited over 20 minutes and had to go up to the front desk again to ask if our rooms were ready before they gave us our room keys. The breakfast was good though! There was a very large selection and a nice view from the rooftop.

Our room was quite spacious (36 sqm) for a hotel just across the Kuta beach. Very strategic place. Very clean. The only shortcoming was the parking lot. Not easy to come and go.

From the outside it looks like an old hotel but the interior is refurbished and looks pretty contemporary. The location is perfect with kuta beach just opposite and beachwalk shopping mall - 5 to 10 mins walking distance. If you want a hassle free hotel with great location and dont mind the traffic jam outside at the main road then this will be a good choice.
