1st room assigned to me was not cleaned properly. The food of the previous guests were still inside the refrigerator. Even after I asked for them to clean the room again, I still found things left by the previous guest in the room! Hot water was not working. There is a lot of stains on the bedsheets and towels. The worse is I found a live BED BUG crawling on the bed!! The hygiene standards of this hotel is EXTREMELY bad.

The entrance was a bit subtle, given that it’s a five stars hotel. Room was more than comfortable, with two side make up mirror available, perfect for girls‘ trip. But amenities and furnishing were a bit outdated, a far cry from what they were shown in trip.com. Location was great with a convenience store next door.

Although, the hotel is clean, and located in a nice and convenient location, but the room layout is very poor. The bathroom is nice but is not separated with a door from the room itself which is very disappointing.

The location is amazing, at the beachside of Kuta! The hotel looks old but some rooms were renovated! All good but the breakfast is a bit local with limited international choices and the in room AC is too cold

The overall is good. Just the King size bed is using 2 single beds to make it to be king size bed.

I had a great stay here . Quite old hotel but still not too bad . Fully air conditioned which was quite good during hot weather .Besides there were some leakage on the corridor and I felt that the toilet bowl was too small for me . Near to beachwalk mall and free flow coffee tea all the day long. Great selections for the breakfast but just sweating while eating . Thks for preparing a slice of birthday cake for my mum . 🙏🏼

Satisfaction on the rooms, very spacious, king size bed was priority to look out for. Breakfast was okay, menu more to asian. My favorite spot, the roof top. It has the restaurant, and you can dine at the poolside watching the sunset whilst enjoying your food. Friendly and helpful staffs.
