The front desk staff was very kind and helpful with various tasks, which was great. The accommodation was a little old, but it was very close to mushroom bay and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was a good place to stay. However, the restaurant staff looked a little tired.

Die kleinen Villen sind ganz hübsch uns zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Kühlschrank und Klima machen ihren Job. Die beiden Pools sind okay. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut. Einzig der Servicegedanke bei den Mitarbeitern ist wenig ausgeprägt. Man fühlt sich weniger als Gast, schon fast als störend. Schade. Das Haus hätte Potential.

Hotel bietet keinen ausreichenden Service an. Personal oft überfordert mit einfachen Dingen. Auch nicht gerade sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr spärlich. Zimmer sauber aber wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und sehr hellhörig. Bar vorhanden aber nie Personal so das man lieber außerhalb was trinken gegangen ist. Keine 4 Sterne wert. Eher max 3 Sterne. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.

What a great place. It wasn’t the most lush of places but for the money it was amazing. The rooms were lovely although the AC could have been better !!! The bathroom was outside and the shower was ok but hey, it worked. It was fine . I loved the island and Palm groves was just the ideal location for everything. I would definitely go back there.

Lovely small-scale hotel with friendly employees. There are 17 bungalows and 2 swimming pools. You can choose the breakfast (several options) Shower and toilet outside (that takes some getting used to) but nice in this climate. Air conditioning and mosquito net in the room.

Clean and refreshing. Villas were awesome very clean. Short walk to Mushroom Bay. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Quiet and relaxing. We were recommended these villas by friends who had stay here and we weren’t disappointed. To all the staff thank you for a wonderful stay
