20:00までフロント受付スタッフがいる。
21:00空港到着予定だった為
チェックインする際にスタッフがいない時間帯だと気づき
ホテルに連絡。
10回以上電話しても応答無し
メールも返信無し
不安になり前日に別のホテルに急遽変更しました。
キャンセル料は払わないといけませんでした。
