Hotel location is good
This time I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and there was a faucet failure in one bathroom, but it was repaired immediately.
The air conditioner in the other room was not cold but a fan was brought in but it was still very hot😅
The swimming pool is also clean~
It's great to come and cook breakfast every day

We were very hesitant in going to Bali, as we had heard many things about the safety and the craziness of the all the party goers. Bvillas has certainly put all that to the side for us. This place was absolutely amazing, and the staff were just beautiful and helpful at every turn. It was so good we were already trying to book our next trip back. My wife went to the spa for several different things and came back every time saying it was so amazing and that the staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend bvilla + spa to anyone looking for a very relaxing and quiet vacation!

A fantastic place to stay for our family of 21. The villas are cebtrally located in Seminyak and are spacious and very comfortable, with great pools and open living areas. The villa staff are excellent. Our in-villa group bbq was a highlight. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent facility with top staff and comfortable clean rooms . In room chef and butler service outstanding catering for all needs. Shuttle service available from and to airport plus town drop off. Close to restaurants and shops and flea markets

I had an amazing time. The private villa is gorgeous, a perfect home away from home. One of the main reasons I chose bvilla is the private pool and it definitely did not disappoint, the size was just right!! Convenience is another thing that I loved about my stay, for example whenever I needed to order food/ book on-site spa treatment/ check shuttle availability etc, all I needed to do is message the reception using WhatsApp. Spa treatments were great, I was even able to have a facial done in the comfort of my own villa. But at the end of the day, it's the amazing and thoughtful service by the staff that made my stay memorable. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! I unfortunately injured my foot while I was out but the staff at bvilla went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, including helping me organise a home doctor visit. I honestly cannot thank the staff there enough ~ Highly recommend!!

I have literally walked in the door of my home after spending the last week at B+Villa and Spa, and I felt compelled to immediately write a review of our experience. From the moment we booked through Luxury Escapes (a very late booking mind you), the staff at B+Villa started looking after us. Making contact to see what else we might need upon our arrival, our tastes and treatment needs, all prior to us even leaving Australia. Upon working our way through Indonesian Customs, our driver was very easy to find in the organised mayhem that is the group of waiting drivers. He instantly put us at ease and made friendly chit chat on the drive back to the Villa. Upon arrival the staff began to pamper us. The Private Butler service and the four hour Spa Experience is something that sets this venue apart from others we have stayed at. Every single time we passed through reception, someone was there and greeted us to support and enquire about our needs and the quality of our stay. The private pool in our villa was absolutely stunning.

Positives: -Extremely private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. -Fresh breakfast prepared every day in The villa, all staff are great cooks. Food was excellent. -Spa treatment was professional and Devine. -Close walk to nightlife, shopping and beach. -Staff are wonderfully friendly and polite. Go above and beyond. Improvements: -Bed is quite hard. -Our pool became cloudy/murky day 3 of our stay and it wasn’t addressed. On checkout we advised the staff the pool was yucky and the receptionist told us that someone asked us if we wanted the pool treated and we declined, which was not true. -Aircon unit is very small for a large space and struggled to keep the room cool most of the time, despite being in the lowest setting and highest fan the whole stay. Sleeping was uncomfortable some nights, waking up too hot. Would definitely return and stay again.
