the accommodation is excellent, the staff is very friendly, you can contact them for any help. Excellent location, near restaurants and markets, and on the other hand, near a forest of adorable monkeys that come to visit often :) The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is excellent, the price is very affordable, I have no complaints. Recommendations for accommodation and hanging out with monkeys.

Stayed with family, two rooms. Bathroom was smelly and needs a good clean. Aircon not working very well if at all. Has big potential as the location is great. Staff welcoming, cut stay by a night(stayed 2). Had a good time, needs a clean up

Awesome little hotel tucked away off one of the main streets of Ubud, walking distance to Monkey forest and Monkeys even come past hotel as it's right on a small creek, room was great, big bed was comfy and bed upstairs was great too (sons review) lovely big windows upstairs at tree level, bath was massive, separate to the bathroom, bathroom was huge too hot water was amazing especially after a big day shopping n visiting Monkey forest, breakfast provided was good, no room in resturant so staff bought to our room, was great way to start day, we only stayed one night though I wish we had booked more nights due to its location, there are a row of beautiful massage and day spas up the alleyway that you walk through to get to main street and great eaterys all around. Staff were so lovely, friendly n helpful too made our stay perfect for the one night we were there.

This Hotel is good value for money. However, several negative points should be noted, the breakfasts are relatively light. It's hard not to be hungry before noon. The sheets had stains, this is unacceptable from a hotel. The hotel staff were attentive and very friendly, here is the very good point that we will note.

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! I wouldn’t even let a stray dog sleep here! Filthy rooms, my bed smelt like urine, the sheets and pillow cases are stained and stink, the bathroom is covered in mould, and appalling, bugs in the bed, the door wouldn’t lock, tv doesn’t work, the internet drops out constantly, the fridge has no socket to plug it into, water was all over the ground from the fridge being turned off, there was literally an animal facies stain on the shower floor and the staff are absolutely useless and can’t speak any English and therefore were not helpful one little bit! The bathroom door doesn’t shut so you pee and shower with no privacy. Honestly, don’t bother coming to this filthy, useless, scummy place or you will have the worst time of your life. It’s my first day here and I can’t bare to stay here the remaining two nights. I would rather sleep in the gutter then spend another night hear

Started as a bolt hole for us two. We paid a very discounted price of 770000INR for two nights. Room a bit mildewy but it's at the bottom of the hill (104) and so also next to the jungle and the river plus the pool is at your front door. I should add; the always cool and refreshing pool (unlike the hot bathwater-like pool at the Seminyak villa we had previously. Anyhoo, good value really and in a brilliant spot with (simple egg based or goreng breakfast included, we like what we got. We extended another two days. We are on Jalan Monkey Forest and I'm popping there tomorrow. Brilliant services, shops and food at your door! A lovely quiet hideaway and we have now been joined by our two lads. The neohs are in 103 and 104 and I'd choose these rooms if I had the choice and there are other lovely rooms. Lots of glass to see out of. Big beds that are quite comfortable if not quite deluxe. Certainly very large. General cleanliness could be improved but it's better than my last place. I always think it's attention to detail and presentation that can count here and that's not entirely there. But would, or do I think that the wonderful staff here are all anything but we'll, wonderful: no. They're superb. My room has a good A/C, a ceiling fan and a little fridge for my essentials and a hairdryer. We are very happy and as I said, we have extended our stay, so we must be. This is a great and reasonably priced stay near the Monkey Forrest and a rented Scoopy rude away from anything in town with taxi guys at the door (look for Adi over the road at the tourist stand, he will do you well, is straight-up, honest as the day is long and great to talk to can get you sorted for anything). Actually, that's my overwhelming feeling here in Bali, but especially in Ubud: honesty, sincerity and goodwill. Loving it here.

Too high of a price for the hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms. It suggests being a hidden gem. That is the truth if you go in with super low expectations. We had to adjust our expectations for 2 days before we excepted the room and ambiance. However, it is nice to wake up with a monkey looking inside your room. And the people who work there are friendly but that's it.

The rooms are huge, clean, with beautiful furniture and cleaned daily. The staff tries very hard and is always approachable. It seemed that the entire hotel was getting a bit old and had suffered from Corona. Our closet didn't close so they had to tie it up and the grounds weren't well maintained. I hope that now that some money is coming in, a few investments will be made (new blinds in the bathroom, repairing the wardrobe, cleaning the floors in the garden and around the pool, beautifying the dining area and painting a few facades). When that is done, this is a beautiful hotel to explore the city from.
