1. I'll start with check in. We were met by an employee at the reception who spoke very little English (pronounced words), it was impossible to understand almost a word of what he was saying. They also required a deposit of $100 per room!!! Which was not mentioned when booking. I managed to politely refuse to pay the deposit (I don’t know how, but I did it)
2. The way to the room. Not a single employee even offered to walk us to our room. It was very difficult to find him on the 3rd floor.
3. Number. Very dirty bed linen, dirty towels, cobwebs in the bathroom... There are stains on the curtains. Visit warning about a fine of 5,000,000 IDR for drying things on the balcony (where else to dry them? There is no dryer, no hangers)
When we checked into the room, there were 2 large towels in the bathroom, and 1 small one was lying on the floor. After we asked where are the hand towels? They gave us 2 more bathhouses (apparently there is a shortage of small towels in a 4-star hotel)
4. Breakfast. Overall acceptable and tasty. Beautiful rooftop view of the ocean.
5. Check-out. When checking out, we went to the reception to say that we were ready to check out. The employee said "Wait 5 minutes, we will check the number." We waited 30 minutes on the sofas in the hall... After I approached them, it turned out that the employee forgot to tell us that we could leave. .
To summarize, I want to say that this hotel deserves a maximum of 2-3 stars, no more. I do not recommend choosing this hotel because of the terribly inconvenient location (everywhere is very far), as well as because of the worst service on the island of Bali that you can find.
