Очень вежливый персонал. Забронировала на 2 ночи, но потом продлила еще на 2. Жила на втором этаже с балконом. Чисто, красиво. Уборка каждый день. 👍

False advertising about hotel.
No room service
No In House Spa as described.
No fridge in room - advertised.
Check in is 3pm, not 2pm.
Room cleaning seems to only be done on request.
Bathroom has strong smell of sulphur.
Provided Water is boiled - made me sick
Shower water - made me sick.
Staff are friendly - everybody smiles and says Hello Sir.
Local food and nearby restaurants are decent for all budgets

Hôtel sympa, les chambres sont correctes. Les salles de bains ne sont pas les meilleurs en terme de structure. Ne pas trop utiliser l’eau sinon elle sera froide. ATTENTION si vous payez à la fin ils n’ont pas de TPE donc c’est que du cash ce qui est très embêtant si vous êtes limites par votre banque. Le transfère ne marche pas instantanément non plus.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were always will to help and assist where needed. The location is great and in close proximity to shops, good restaurants and a great gym (Uluwatu Collective).

Hotel con muy buen ambiente ,es muy tranquilo y esta bien localizado. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones estan nuevas y muy limpias y espaciosas. Muy recomendable y muy buen trato por parte de todo el personal. Gracias
