This property has a beautiful setting overlooking a lush valley. There are so many pools we virtually had one to ourselves. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was large and well appointed, including a generous balcony with a lovely view, covered so we could even sit out when it was raining.
The only downside is that the walk between the room and other facilities is in poor condition and smelly in parts.

My family stayed in a large suite villa. It was a great room, very warm and comfortable, just like at home. The view of the swimming pool was amazing. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, handmade yogurt, hand-squeezed juices, everything was great! There was also freshly made and delicious latte. Especially the hotel staff were all warm and friendly like friends. When I said I wanted to go out and play around, the hotel staff took the initiative to send me to the destination without charging any fees! This stay was very impressive and I will come back! Five-star praise!

Hotel with great potential (in the middle of the jungle with a magnificent view) but unfortunately the structure of the establishment is abandoned and aging, therefore not deserving its 5 stars. It's barely worth 3. Fortunately the staff takes great care of the customers and in particular the Front Desk Manager Ngurah who was always there to improve our stay. Every 2 hours shuttles are available to drop you off in Ubud. The à la carte dinner is quality.

Hotel in a magnificent setting, immense park. Spacious room, balcony overlooking the sublime park. Very good and varied breakfast. Availability of staff. 2 pretty swimming pools.
Be careful, hotel is very out of the way and there are few shuttles. Poor wifi connection and lack of directions to find your way around the vastness of the park.
