It’s a decent hotel with a nice pool, close from hundreds of restaurants and bars. The staff is pretty nice and helpful.
The area gets a bit intense on weekends as there are many clubs around. Breakfast has lots of options but it’s not great quality.

nice stay experience, the staff was really helpful and nice. the bed are made up so neat and clean, one night i lost my earrings , and the next day the staff that made up my room found it and put it on the bedside table, thank you so much.

Hotel Neo was ok, they have an amazing pool area , gorgeous and pretty chill. It’s located in the middle of Kuta so there are a lot of things around , bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacy, mini Marts , so it can be a bit loud at night. The breakfast buffet was moderate , coffee not so great in addition I didn’t like the amenities of the hotel especially the raggedy towels, 3 in 1 body wash shampoo conditioner and the gecko🦎 in the room.
