The Kayon Jungle Resort (Adult Only)

It is a supreme resort located in the jungle. The food is delicious, and the view from the pool is especially recommended. I would like to visit again.

Recommended as a honeymoon destination. I stayed in the Royal, which was the best room. At first, I thought it was too expensive, but it was worth it. Everything was good except that the location took about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the airport. For your information, I had a hard time on the first day because I didn't like the food very much. I ordered this and that, took a bite, threw it away, repeated, and ended up only eating from the international menu. If you have picky tastes like our couple, be sure to order only from the international menu and do not buy any other drinks. Instead, buy bintang and a welcome drink. I think I spent about 500,000 won a day just on food alone, trying to find delicious food. We recommend that you never eat the kimchi stew menu because it is salt soup. Other than that everything was great. Please note that compared to other hotels, prices in the souvenir shop and other areas within the hotel are cheaper.

Overall, it was good. The breakfast a la carte set was not large in quantity but average in taste. The dinner tastes average. There are pictures of the dinner. A meal is about RMB 700. The room and swimming pool are relatively spacious. You can experience it.

The overall feeling is okay, not the kind of particularly warm reception, which is a bit different from the adiwana experience we had in Ubud! The resort is not big, there is not much to visit, but the 3rd floor swimming pool is quite impressive! It is not recommended to go to their SPA, it is very expensive and not cost-effective. While waiting to check in (you can only check in at 16:00, but you entered the room after cleaning at 3 o'clock) I had a foot massage, 1400K+ including tax for 2 people, 45 minutes, the price is a bit confusing 😂 Facilities: The swimming pool is good, there is also a soaking pool, and the room facilities are okay, but there are more mosquitoes at night, and they get in under the door. I am speechless! This is a common problem in Ubud! It would be better if the door cracks were tighter! It is far from the city, and it takes an hour by hotel shuttle. Environment: It’s good to experience the feeling of a jungle hotel. You can see the sunrise in the morning, it’s beautiful! Service: The service is a little uneven. The reception is okay, not very enthusiastic and proactive, but the recommended items are very enthusiastic😕. The restaurant staff is not bad, and the included afternoon tea is also good. Although it is simple, you can enjoy the jungle leisurely. Drinking coffee! The hotel has buses to Ubud city at 9, 12, 15 and 18 o'clock, and the latest return bus is at 19:00, which is very considerate, after all, it takes an hour. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean👍 The food was decent. Breakfast was a la carte. I ordered an extra main course on the first day, but I refused directly on the second day. I didn’t say in advance that I couldn’t order more. It wasn’t like I couldn’t finish it. Everything else was fine. ! There are more Koreans! There are free yoga classes available from 7-8am and 14-15:00!

I booked this hotel because of the pool, but the view is really nice. The staff, including Park Sae-roi and the woman who drove the buggy, were friendly, fun, and had good sense! The room was clean and we slept well. However, because we are picky eaters, it was a bit difficult to eat. However, it was the most delicious meal we had at a hotel we stayed in Bali. It's a shame that the accommodation is in the jungle and far from the city, but there are many activities you can do in Ubud, so when planning your schedule, I think it would be good if you plan well and efficiently. Next time I go to Kayon again, I want to see Park Sae-roi again ^^ It's hot, but the staff are working hard!
