We live in a very remote place and it is inconvenient to go out. The service is very good. However, the room was cleaned the next day and they did not replace our toothbrushes. Was very disappointed bath tub can not be use at all was leaking. 😏
I couldn’t cook because no gas, I already told them but they give unthinkable excuses !!! 😤
So many ants in the kitchen, there are some ants hole between branch and wall.

Villa Jimbaran is a homestay. As for homestays, the main thing is that the decoration is more stylish, but there will be some weaknesses in the software, especially the hygiene. The marks on this toilet are just disgusting. The shower only had enough hot water for one person, the second was completely cold. What was even more frustrating was that early in the morning, I was woken up by the sound of rushing water before seven o'clock. It turned out that the nozzle on the swimming pool was discharging water, so I called the front desk to ask to stop it, but it stopped for 30 seconds! Anyway, I woke up after being tossed, and didn't call again, because even if we stopped, the neighbors were ringing from left to right. In contrast, Kempinski's suite pool starts to release water at nine o'clock, which is much more humane. In addition, the location is relatively remote, not easy to find. Not a very good location, pass through narrow pothled and pumpy road to reach the Villa. Some of the room facilities look old and not properly maintained, main door not able to close properly. The stairs go up to the rooftop are very steep and dangerous. Honestly, the same price u pay can even get better location and villa in the same area.
