Looking at some reviews about this villa, I feel to be important for me to give either feedback or advice for the readers in order to get lid your doubt to make decision on booking to stay here. Right now, I am still staying here. I have been staying here for one and half years. Frankly speaking, as far as I am concerned, nowadays I find no such issues in this villa and surrounding. I feel extremely comfortable with the ambience, I can work well with any facilities and there is no burning trash issue at all. So, this villa deserves to be your choice whether for long term or short term. Strongly recommended. In the pictures I share you can see how professional the villagers right now manage the trash. So, this villa deserves to be your choice whether for long term or short term. Strongly recommended.

whole place full of toxic smoke every morning and night from neighbors burning their trash including plastics and even batteries. smells terrible and makes us so sick. dirty trash everywhere around the neighborhood and the sky is yellow and smokey from the trash fires. the workers here don’t dispose of the trash ethically either they are a big part of the problem. we have spent hours putting out fires and picking them up and then people here try to hit us with sticks, throw lit matches at us and yell at us. the neighbors here are unhinged and dangerous in many ways. i say this as someone who has been in bali a long time and has a big love and appreciation of balinese people.

The entire village burns their trash, including styrofoam, plastic, and every kind of garbage you can imagine. This leads to the villa to often be filled with toxic smoke, which has made me and my girlfriend very sick during our entire stay. We began developing painful acne, have had headaches since we first arrived, and have been sick to our stomachs to the point of throwing up frequently. This would be a lovely stay if you are in the villa for only minutes at a time, otherwise if you intend to spend a lot of time here; be prepared to become sick. We will not be coming back to this village, and I strongly advise you stay elsewhere until this issue is resolved.
