The staff are so friendly and the hotel is really beautiful.
There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to browse. I would like to use it again next time.
The welcome drink provided in the lobby is also very delicious.
The rooftop pool is also very beautiful.
And the spa as an amenity is also great.

Kanvaz certainly lived up to its excellent reviews. The hotel and rooms are well-designed and appointed, and location is good with a beach and plenty of good restaurants (as well as food delivery options) nearby. There are also complimentary yoga classes and other activities across the week.
I also nicknamed it “smiley hotel” as ALL the staff, be it those at front desk, restaurant, housekeeping or any that passes by, will always smile brightly and greet you. They were also always helpful with queries and requests, and were easily contactable (even via whatsapp). That’s impressive as some of the well-known 5-star hotels don’t have such high service standards. The Kanvaz management ought to be very proud of their staff!

The pool and the inside of the hotel were very nice. It was very easy to access and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff was also very polite and satisfied. I will go again!
