Graha Sandat Villas by Pramana Villas

I liked the location it was easy to walk to the centre of ubud from the destination. The workers We are very kind and friendly. however The pool wasn’t very clean and my skin reacted to the chemicals in the pool. There was a rotting floor board next to the bed .the air-conditioner Did not work sufficiently. And the hot water only seem to be hot in the afternoons not the mornings.

The 1 staff member i et was lovely, however room was dirty and moldy and beeded repair. Booked 3 nights, stayed 1 and went wlsewgere. Froend was at another hotel.

Had a comfertable stay and staff were very good. Nice location. No complaints

Great location. Smelly from fires nearby. Tried to get help didn’t work. Staff friendly otherwise. Still an ok stay.

The villas have lovely, spacious rooms and a small, private outdoor pool. The joy of being able to slip into a cool pool after walking around Ubud town or before going to bed cannot be overrated. The villas are a short walk from town, and there are excellent restaurants down the street. Staff are also very helpful.

Apparently they have changed booking systems and my booking - from 9 months ago - didn't sync. Even thought they clearly had the details (they contacted me) and my booking was clearly first they just refused to budge. Terrible service

I really want to give this accommodation more stars but sadly, I cannot. Pros: - the location. Close to the centre of Ubud but in a great narrow street which is far enough away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the centre. - the staff. Super friendly and helpful in assisting us with a significant maintenance issue (sparking powerpoint!) and locking our front door frequently (which required the magic touch and superhuman strength!) - the speed in which maintenance fixed the electrical issue Cons: - the villa we booked (I use the term 'villa' loosely) was more a cheap three-bedroom apartment than a villa. Please check which room you are actually booking, as the many photos on their website and on *********** are quite misleading. They should label their numerous photos so that you know exactly which accommodation you are paying for. - one of our travelling party had to cancel at the last minute and both Graha Sandat Villas and *********** (who we booked through) have failed to provide us with an invoice for our four nights' accommodation, meaning that my poor friend has been unable to put a claim in through her travel insurance company. This is despite numerous requests to both the property and ***********, with each saying that the other is responsible. Not good enough!
