The room was a little damp, but the service staff were very friendly. The breakfast and Chinese food tasted good. The hotel's location is a bit remote, so it's suitable for a quiet vacation.

Pros: We have received a welcome drink (homemade signature tea) very tasty. If you are searching peace and quiet place, Keramas Sacred River Village is the place to be. You are like in the middle of the jungle. The pool is nice, the people were kind and welcoming. As we were in the honeymoon, they surprised us with a small cake and a nice setup with towels and flowers on the bed. The host was nice and trying to help us with info. Cons: If you are trying to book a taxi or buy tickets to other visiting places, you may get a better price online. The property rented us an old scooter, a bit overpriced. We have stayed at Joglo Suite Room with Jungle View. The bathroom has no ventilation and the air inside gets moist. The room is dark, having little natural light. The food is good, the options are not so many.

This resort is truly a tropical paradise. Everything is very beautiful and tastefully laid out. It is very quietly located in a kind of tropical jungle. Fantastic. The rooms with a terrace or balcony and the restaurant are also very nice. The rooms have a large, beautiful bathroom. The consequences of the corona crisis (no income for 2 years) were visible here and there. For example, many decking boards (including around the swimming pool) were loose (dangerous) and needed painting. Also the staff was extremely slow. If you ordered drinks/bottled water or asked for a roll of toilet paper, it took forever before you got it. Why? It is recommended to use the free pick-up and delivery service from Warong Legong restaurant. A super nice atmospheric restaurant with good and affordable food and a super enthusiastic owner.

keramassacredriver is an oasis of peace immersed in the jungle, far from confusion and traffic. The resort was built to be able to finance the maintenance of the ancient temple located inside it and to make it accessible to the villagers for religious ceremonies (which are very frequent) at almost zero cost. Each villa, in its simplicity, is different from the other (one has its own swimming pool) and represents a typical Balinese structure. The staff is affectionate, very kind and anticipates every wish. They are a big family (literally!) There are a goat, some kittens, some little geckos, a vegetable garden, lots of green plants with huge leaves, flowers of all colours, baskets of offerings, a spa with very good masseuses, a hammock , a swimming pool, a stream with pure water coming from a nearby spring. It is an ever-expanding project thanks to the fantastic hotel manager Eka, who always has new ideas to make her guests' stays special and who also organizes beautiful tours thanks to which we were able to get to know the real Bali, not just the super touristy one. Despite being fully booked, we only met some of the other guests at breakfast today.

Best stay ever! The staff are so nice. There was also no difficulty communicating with them. The breakfast and coffee was delicious. We had our clothes washed and the price was good value. So many reasons why I absolutely loved our stay at Keramas Sacred River...and why I'll definitely go back! The staff are one of the friendliest and most professional I've encountered in my many travels. It helps a lot too that they can converse very well in English. They make you feel right at home. The facilities are well kept and help create an all-around atmosphere of total relaxation. The Balinese coffee in the restaurant, which comes from Keramas village itself, has such well balanced notes. It was a daily highlight! The breakfast is delicious and has plenty of variety for a week-long stay. The services are value for money. The spa treatment was topnotch, and so was the laundry!

Serene and green sorroundings with a wonderful pool and clean and spacey room. We borrowed bikes and rode uphill for a fantastic local experience. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. Only drag is the food that lack some in preparation and finish.
