This was a second visit to the Bali Bubble. It is such a fantastic place with super friendly and helpful staff. The apar**ents are spotless and supply drinking water. It is located out of town but the staff are happy to shuttle you in and a taxi back costs only 16,000 to 20,000. It is quiet and the pool is great.

The Bali Bubbe is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. We liked the pool a lot and the shuttle service is perfect. Also very nice was the breakfast. The rooms/apar**ent was big and a big plus is the watertank with drinking water. If you decide to stay at this hotel you should know that the walls are very thin and the room is very light. We did not like the sheets on the kids beds. There was no way to secure them so the kids were sleeping on the plastic undercover all the time. Also the towels were a bit stained. But for us the stay was good and we would recommend the Bali Bubble to other people.

1.Hotel staff is really good, especially the Chandra and Iluh for the breakfast section are really friendly and happy to serve to the customers. 2. Rooms are very clean and every day cleaning happens 3. The hotel location is near to Indian restaurants (1 to 1.5 kms) can also order the food in online 4.The hotel also provides amenities such as Fridge, cooking necessity 5. The front desk staff are approachable. 6. We booked two bedrooms unit for 7 nights and 8 days, the rooms are very spacious

Disgusting hotel and owner! We've booked this hotel for a few months. But on the 4th day of our stay, we found a centipede in our bedroom! The hotel staff couldn't find it under the bed, so it was dangerous to stay with a small child there. We urgently had to look for a new accommodation, and the hotel management didn't even apologize and charged us a large payment from us! Without any discount or apologies.

Bali bubble resort has the best customer service, 100% recommend, David and his wife are very friendly and will do the u**ost to help where they can. Much appreciated for these guys and highly recommended they're beautiful hotel
