It was a very nice accommodation except for the distance! The swimming pool was so nice that I wanted to visit again next time, and there was also a yoga facility so I could refresh myself in the morning!

Returning guest, couples holidays.
It is a nice tucked away hotel, private location, nicely maintained hotel everything is freshly painted and clean.. Staff is friendly but they don’t offer daily cleaning and tower/linen change. A beautiful hotel in general and I would recommend people to stay there, but probably not coming back myself due to some reasons:
MANY mosquitoes, they should offer people repellents. There are not enough plugs in the room and counter space in bathrooms, no working desk. Water only offered in one small bottle once a day.
If you are looking for a photogenic hotel, this one is for you. Don’t bother booking a premium room as they all are the same.

Plus: - nice place with 3 pools and nice gardens - quite area - friendly staff - central location to Berawa/Canggu, Kerobokan, Batubelig Minus: - internet unstable, sometimes very low (3 Mbit) - depending on the room: shower water has poor pressure, not always hot, water stays on the floor as drain is not centered, might start to smell - bed lamp cables not very safe - missing space for clothes in the superior rooms The place is generally very nice but would need some attention here and there

We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well.
The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty.
Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome.
