Hotel Amaris Kuta - Bali Reviews

The cleanliness is very poor, I came to the room and its smell so bad. During the stay, the electricity also shut down for few many times. At night, we can also heard our neighboor activities because the wall is very thin. But highly appreciates for the staff whose really warm and welcome us! they also help us so many things. I’d would recommend the management to do some maintenance about the cleanliness and the AC. Overall, the food was okay, so lovely. Thank you.

They have free takjil. And ouch despite a budget hotel they have also egg corner

Plus : - Swimming pool bagus utk kids - Ada Free ; Coffee/tea/juice/snack di resto ketika malam, jarang ada property yg begini. - Ada dispenser air panas/ dingin di setiap floor - Buffet breakfast sangat bervariasi Minus : - Di aplikasi "Kids 0-8 YO free for stay", pas check in ehhh kena charge 50 rb / person. - Table di resto sangat kurang jumlahnya ketika breakfast pd datang barengan (8-9am) - Car park sangat sempit jd mobil bisa diparkir di tempat/ bangunan sebelah deh Overall bagus, semua staff sangat ramah & profesional dlm bidangnya

The rooms did smell bad and we're very small. The TV also didn't function. On the plus side the breakfast was very good and they enabled me to change the room.

Access was a bit difficult because it was in a small alley, one of the male breakfast staff criticized me a little, at that time I asked for sunny side up eggs but he said there was only omelet, so I said ok, no need, suddenly there were 2 other customers asking for sunny side up eggs. and he said there were but there were 2 left, I was shocked and disappointed and he just went to change shifts! , I mean you have to be consistent if there are no sunny side up eggs, it's ok for everyone; but here is an exception-

The hotel is 4 stars... the breakfasts are excellent, we got a room with a view of the wall))) they clean every day, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, everything you need is within walking distance...

The service is friendly, the hotel is affordable, clean, and access is close to everywhere.

The place is comfortable, breakfast is enough because it's a budget hotel of around 200.. Suitable for a transit hotel to Bali if it's too late... Near minimarket and Legian beach.. Friendly staff, parking and narrow driveway...

Staying at Amaris was enjoyable in terms of service, cleanliness, the food was quite good and complete... But the room didn't have any ammunition... It felt like a 1 star hotel...

The rooms and facilities are worth it for that price. Maybe the cleanliness could be at another level. If possible, have mineral water at breakfast. Overall good thanks 👍

I really enjoyed staying at Amaris Kuta The bed is comfortable and soft, the hotel staff is friendly, fast, very informative, the breakfast is pretty good and varied
