The European owner Lady and son are rude and arrogant, maybe because we are not French speakers. They didn't even say hi or introduce themselves. Information in room only in French, as they said no English speakers go there . Altough the accommodation has good bones really neglected and unloved. Curtains are hanging, tiles broken, cabinet has some unknown marks and the bathroom. :-( Bathroom needs a deep cleaning, a lot of built up calcification, rust and the natural stone walls really need to grind back and reseal. Toilet smell even in Bali is bad. And we are around a lot of places Also payment cash only , no card Nice garden Comfy bed

L’hôtel est superbe mais il ne serait rien sans son personnel très serviable et gentil C’est un havre de paix ,pas très loin de la plage à cinq minutes à pied et à proximité de restaurant Un lieu pareil où on a même pas besoin de fermer sa chambre à clef c’est exceptionnel De l eau potable à disposition serviettes de plage… Possibilité de commander les repas à plusieurs restaurants Le club de plongée attenant à l hôtel est vraiment super proposant snorking ,plongée bouteille . Parfait tout simplement

Un petit hôtel familial tenue par Marc un belge adorable. L’hôtel est cosy, les chambres confortables et super bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’ensemble du personnel est adorable il y a également un centre de plongée très compétent et bien équipé les instructeurs sont professionnels et super sympa Il règne un calme et une sérénité très agréable pour les vacances Marc s’est également occupé de nous gérer nos excursions et activités c’était parfait, il connaît très bien le secteur et il est de très bon conseil pour les activités La plage est à environ 500 mètres il y a beaucoup de restaurant autour de l’hôtel il y a également des instituts de massage nous avons été au Juvenex il était super Je vous recommande vivement ce magnifique hôtel où nous avons fait de très belles rencontres.

A wonderful choice to spend some days in Pemuteran to enjoy snorkeling and especially diving in Menjangan Island. Marc and his family really made us feel welcome and at home and the Pemuteran area is fantastic. Absolutely recommend it!
