The room is quite new and quite big. The newly decorated tableware is neatly placed. The waiters are very friendly and clean twice a day. The view is also very good. If you order breakfast alone, it will cost about 150 yuan for an American or continental breakfast. The disadvantage is that there are some bugs crawling around. For our first trip to Bali we chose a 7 night stay in a two bedroom pool villa at Hidden Hills. It was absolutely the perfect oasis that we were looking for after days full of sight seeing. We traveled with our 15 and 8 year old sons. The restaurant Hidden Gem, up the stairs on the property is very convenient, with a great cocktail menu, wine list and dinner as well as breakfast offerings. Not to mention, THE best view of the sunset! As you return to your villa after dinner, the scent of incense greets you on the patio, and there are candles and diffusers in the indoor seating area to welcome you back. The staff is really wonderful- they were available via Whatsapp for whatever we needed. We are looking forward to visiting Hidden Hills on our next trip to Bali!

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service personnel are not skilled enough. Good place for sunset viewing. It is suitable for resting in the hotel for a completely relaxing holiday. The environment is beautiful and quiet.

This was a belated 40th birthday trip and we treated ourselves to staying here, so glad we did. We stayed in villa Santorini. The villa itself was spacious with a great outdoor shower and a stunning view to the ocean in the distance. Waking up to the view was such a delight. Staff were extremely friendly and always very pleasant, you even get added to a WhatsApp group with a daily notification about the weather! They forewarned about construction works nearby and at the hotel itself but it really wasn’t much bother at all. Only some very minor things - the wifi wasn’t great, would drop out constantly and the only one night we tried to watch TV, it just wouldn’t load. And the villa feels like it could do with a little bit of a refresh but overall this didn’t take anything away from our great stay. Would definitely come back.

The hotel has some positive aspects, but it falls short of a 5-star experience, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the presence of nearby construction further detracted from its luxury ambiance.

The place is very overpriced for what you get . There are issues with cleanliness and lots of insects. However staff is excellent, but the have no power to make decisions or give you a deal on anything. The bigger villas are out of date . The gym is pretty much useless . Save your money and stay somewhere else .

Hidden Hills Villas was a private oasis with an incredible view and in a prime location near the attractions in Uluwatu. The service was top notch and the butler service was very convenient. Would recommend, 5 stars!
