The location is OK, next to Potato Head, not far from the airport, convenient for shopping, the waiters' attitude is OK, but it seems that the waiters in the restaurant are more enthusiastic towards white people and will take the initiative to make coffee. There are two swimming pools, which look good, and the breakfast is basically satisfactory.

It's rainy season in Bali, so the room smelled a bit damp, but I requested to change rooms twice, and the staff was kind enough to let me stay in a different room. It's right next to Potato Head Beach Club, and it's a large hotel, so there's a swimming pool. It was nice because it was sunny. It's a bit of a walk to get downtown, but there are many famous night clubs and classy restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Walking distance to lots of shops, spas and very good restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and a sincere happy attitude to assist guests with queries and to check in/out. Breakfast was also a good spread with lots of western breakfast options on top of the local or Asian choices. All together very relaxing experience and great value for the price

Arrived late at night & stayed for only a night, however, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable! The breakfast spread was decent. I didn't use any of the facilities. Hotel was in a good location. Lots of eateries, marts and potato head was just beside! 10/10 would stay here again!

One thing I don’t like about Bali is their hotel check in time.i had to wait until 3pm to get to my room. Other than that everything was fine😀😀😀. Stuff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to some noisy places though. There was a bar/club close by it was very loud 😒. Not the hotel’s fault though, but if you don’t like the noise then request a different room .

The first time I was assigned a room with stairs, I had to walk to the end. There was a bathtub where I could take a bath. However, the luggage was heavy and heavy, and it was too humid. I didn’t like it at all, so I had to downgrade to the opposite building. The room changed. Small, no bathtub, the bed is very comfortable and easy to sleep on, the difference is non-refundable, I think that building is more popular.
The breakfast food is relatively ordinary buffet style breakfast, the entrance of the restaurant is weird, and the decoration is a bit old.

The resort is in a very good location, right beside potato head beach club & 10-15mins walk to seminyak village. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, a true Balinese hospitality. We also did a day spa at the wellness centre, massage was great too!
