We had an unforgettable stay at Ayona Villa, made even more special by the team's exceptional service! What truly made our stay remarkable was the surprise birthday celebration organized by my husband with the villa's staff. They helped him plan a beautiful decoration setup, complete with balloons, and an elaborate flower decoration that covered the entire pool. It was a wonderful gesture that made my birthday truly unforgettable. However, we did encounter some stray dogs in the area that chased us and our little kids, which was unsettling. But, we informed the staff, and they promptly offered to help accompany us if we felt scared or uncomfortable in the future. Thank you to everyone at Ayona Villa for making us feel at home ❤️

We had an awful experience at Ayona Villa. We arrived to a tiny reception office located down a long road with many stray dogs and no lights. There were dirty floors in the reception and the staff weren’t very welcoming. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast with out giving us a menu. We asked to see the options and they had to take it out a frame for us to look at. We arrived at 3pm just on time for check in and were told our room wasn’t ready. After waiting for 30 minutes in the reception we finally were shown to our room. Once arrived we saw there was an extra bed set up (that we didn’t ask for) taking up most of the spare space in the bedroom. We looked around and instantly regretted booking the villa. The floors were grubby, there was lots of dust in the bedroom, bugs in the bedroom, stains on the sheets and the bathroom smelt like sewage. The pool fountain was very loud. We were soon interrupted by the staff who came back to remove the extra bed. As they removed it we saw a large amount of mould on the mattress. That evening we had a terrible nights sleep as we felt so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness. The room was very bright from the lights outside which there was no switch for us to turn them off. We called the reception and they couldn’t understand what we were asking. We had to call them two more times for the lights to finally be turned off. The next day we told them we would like to leave and they refused to give us any money back. We were only asking for half as we had booked four nights and only stayed one. It took up so much of our time trying to leave as we were on the phone to the manager trying to ask for a refund. The manager gave us false hope as he told us to contact trip.com who we booked the villa through saying that they could refund it before they gave their money to the villas. It was a lie as trip.com couldn’t do that and said it was up to the villa to refund the money. My partner and I were very confused as to why the villas said they were 5 stars online. This was the reason we had booked them and paid the price that we did. Upon further inspection of the reviews we suspect that most of the 5 star one word reviews were fake - so be careful when looking at their reviews. Ayona Villa is not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination and not worth the amount you pay. Unfortunately we never got any of our money back.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean, the food was great. Very nice honeymoon experience, recommended 👍🏻

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the male staff member who introduced us to our room, to the two lovely ladies at the reception who greeted us with sweet and warm voices during check-out. The room itself was perfect, with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness. The beautiful pool added to the overall ambiance of relaxation and luxury. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, setting us up for a great start to each day.

We are happy with our stay here. Staff are friendly. The decking beside pool need to be refurbished as it can be a hazard for tenants. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Overall awesome stay.Secluded yet near all the good restaurants and cafes.Villa is beautiful.I enjoyed my stay there for sure.

The location is very convenient, you can walk to Potato Head while strolling My favorite hotel in Indonesia🥰 I love breakfast! I love the pool! I love the terrace! I love Bali! The wonderful hotel, delicious food and beautiful scenery make up this unforgettable summer in Bali

Very satisfied, highly recommended, very romantic honeymoon trip. If friends go to Bali in the future, they will recommend this hotel. The service attitude is very good, the decoration is very good, the swimming pool is very clean, and the floating breakfast is very romantic.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. There are many wild dogs in the dark alley. There is a lot of dust in the room and the bedding has unknown black spots. The only advantage is that the service staff is friendly.

Facilities: Not bad, our family of three stayed in the villa, and the children loved swimming Service: The service was also very good

The bedsheets were so dirty that I doubted my life. There were hair and black mud marks on them. They had definitely never been washed. Moreover, the baths were all done with cold water. There was no hot water... It was really uncomfortable to wash my hair with cold water in June😣
