Berry Glee Thematic Hotel

The hotel has a modern design and almost all the buildings are covered in marble, which makes it look very luxurious. The location is very strategic close to ATM only 10 min drive to kuta beach, less than 5 minutes to dewi sri street. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean but for The pillow is not soft but rather hard. staff service is also very friendly from front office housekeeping and FB service. Thank you for Ms. Dian who is in charge of the sky bar for providing excellent and friendly hospitality services with a smile that reflects a very good hospitality service for dream aventus. Only for input the internet connection is a bit unstable but quickly followed up from the IT team. Thank you also to mas prapta for helping to follow up quickly regarding the internet. Last but not least thank you for Mrs. Dana the GM for helping to book dinner on the first day by offering a taste of china which tastes very good authentic chinnesenya and portions are also large. Keep it up for the hospitality service. We will come back to try another food taste.

I stayed here for 1 night. The staff is very good and helpful. You could completely hear what people are talking in the room next to you. The walls are probably so thin. Moreover it’s next to a busy road. I could hear traffic noise up until 3 am in the morning. Unfortunately I was told that there’s no availability else staff would have shifted me to some other room. I had lunch there too. Food was awesome but the air conditioners (if present) were not running. It was a hot day and the only respite I got was from fans.

I had an amazing stay at the 'Dream of Aventus' hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my experience truly exceptional. Their warmth and helpfulness added a special touch to my time there. I highly recommend it for a welcoming and pleasant stay.

Stayed for a four day holiday at Dream. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Great new facilities including the Sky Bar. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was dreamy. We were looked after especially well by Joni. I would love to stay there again.

I would NEVER ever stay at Dream of Aventus again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The images are a false representation of how the hotel actually looks; not to mention the awful sewage smell which lingers in the bedrooms. We arrived on our honeymoon and had booked a honeymoon suite expecting it to be amazing. From the moment we got the keys to our room, I knew we had made the wrong decision. There was an AWFUL smell coming from the bathroom and a loud generator noise in the hallway outside the room. I couldn’t even hear my partner, it was that loud and the hotel staff were ‘unsure’ why it was so loud? I was really unimpressed. We eventually got moved to another room, again horrible room with an even worse view. I will attach images of our gorgeous view lol. I was so so happy that we were only there for two days and both days we were out of the hotel majority of the day. The breakfast selection was atrocious, hardly any food and western options. We got the first taxi to Starbucks which was around 10 mins away the moment we discovered the breakfast. Didn’t bother eating it the next day. I wouldn’t even give this hotel a 1*. Unsure how it is a 5* hotel. Worst experience ever & would never return. I saved the best till last, they wouldn’t let us make a call to our bank to unfreeze the temp block as we were away and needed to approve the transactions in country. Worst hotel and service, don’t be catfished by the images online, looks rundown inside the rooms & service is poor. Such a shame as we were looking forward to this stay.

The checked in was so so and at 2pm. The room is so small but clean. No face towel & hand towel. You have to order extra toilet paper because they don’t provide extra in the room. The gym, there’s not a lot equipment and some of the equipment are not installed permanently, so it’s a bit dangerous. The swimming pool is cold maybe because is indoor. The breakfast was okay. Some food are cold. This is will be my first and last.

This hotel was very clean and in great shape. The staff is very friendly and runs perfect service. We had a great stay, nice rooms, great gym and relaxing indoor pool. Lastly we had a great drop off at the airport arranged by the hotel and our driver Jonny was very entertaining. We would come here again.
