這個酒店設施比較老舊了，餐廳吃飯後買單，刷卡機竟然都是壞的，收到了扣款短訊，但餐廳幾次都説沒收到款，折騰來折騰去的付帳埋單。唯一優點是有些小童設施，孩子比較感興趣。但就這個酒店老舊的設施而言，配上2千多RMB一晚的價位。本人認為是個坑。

Отличный комплекс, расположенный на существенном удалении от населенных пунктов. В гостинице есть все для спокойного семейного отдыха(от аниматоров, с которыми дети плетут корзины и рисуют, до спа салона и гольфа). Очень обширная территория, включающая ботанический сад, небольшой компактный зоопарк(с забавными выдрами и не только), значительная территория для треккинга и прогулок по джунглям, стенд для стрельбы, отдельная площадка для йоги. Отдельное место для проведения торжеств и событий. 2 ресторана и один бар.
Завтрак очень обширный и разнообразный, сопровождается национальной музыкой. У части фруктов указано, что произведены (выращены) при отеле.
Красивый инфинити бассейн с баром в нем самом и удобным обслуживанием рядом с ним. Получаются отличные фото.
Обслуживание в отеле исключительно дружелюбное. Персонал уделяет максимальное внимание гостям. Отдельная благодарность сотруднице отеля Dhian, которая была исключительно внимательна к любым вопросам, а общение с ней было на уровне близких друзей.
Номер был большой, чистый, в классическом стиле. Единственный нюанс - очень скрипят полы.
Гостиница оставляет отличное впечатление. Если планируете отдыхать только в отеле или выбираться на отдельные экскурсии, то это отличный выбор. Если же планируете часто выезжать в Убуд или окрестности, то важно учесть, что до Убуда около 30 мин на машине или мотобайке, сетевые сервисы заказа такси работают, но водителей в данном районе не так много. Ожидание у нас было до 40 минут.

Check in was good, room was spacious, beautiful view from the hotel. It is a bit far from Ubud. The main issue is service - some staff needs training (in restaurants). If you make a mistake, you can correct it and not just make a face at your guest. Check in and check out staff is very attentive. Breakfast is ok.

Wonderful experience! Service was immaculate and management had a very good eye to detail. Jodi was great at teaching archery! My friend got diarrhea (from eating the food outside of the hotel) and there was an in house nurse who prescribed medicine on the spot the staff prepared a bouquet of flowers wishing her a speedy recovery.

總的來説這家酒店適合帶孩子的對房間本身要求不高的，情侶或者想要安靜度假的人避雷，雖説泳池很大我還是淡季去的，但不管什麼時候去泳池都到處是大喊大叫的小孩，完全躲不開。
房間非常非常一般，設施有點老舊地板吱吱響，陽台外沒有圖片上那種景色，大多數房間都是對着酒店公共區域的走道，而不是雨林。
服務很好，有去烏布的班車，早上的瑜伽課很好。
