I must rate the amenities with 3 stars because of the ongoing WiFi complications and the limited bandwidth. The infrastructure is in place, yet improvements are necessary.

It was such a wonderful experience that I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. The hotel is in a great location and you can go shopping as soon as you walk out. The breakfast is a self-service option, although there are not many but it is enough. There are also facilities in the hotel where you can watch sea turtles and play games for children. Facilities, I will take my baby on vacation next time!

It wasn't that great experience for me
As I compare with any other hotel in bali which is much cheaper than this was greater customer service
They weren't too bad but just normal
My check-in was pretty late than I expected ( 3pm ) said the room wasn't be ready yet so i had to wait for more 30 mins at the lobby ( no air conditioning ) and finally could get in about 3.35 ish I was melting but looks like I should understand that situation noone look feel sorry at all
Swimming pool is OK but nothing was special
