Small hotel. Has everything you need. The bathroom has been renovated. Clean. Nice pool, unfortunately it is in the blazing sun so the water is too hot. Breakfast at the pool bar is very good and the atmosphere very pleasant. You can choose your breakfast the day before. Coffee and tea are free. Other drinks are available for purchase. Unfortunately breakfast is from 8am. (7am would be better) If you leave early, you can only have toast with butter and jam + a small bottle of water - you won't get full. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. On the beach, it's better to look for a place a little to the left where there are no boats and only a row of loungers (more pleasant and cheaper)
It was a little unpleasant that we had to pay a bill for drinks we had supposedly bought when we left. After a few checks, it was cleared up.

we are loving staying at this cute little Hotel. although 'hotel' wouldn't probably be the word I would choose. Guest House more like it. it is small, a tiny bit run down, but we have just come from a plush hotel so I cant really compare. what I will say though is all the reviews on here about the state of the breakfasts are completely untrue. the breakfasts are cooked onsite by a lovely staff member and are amazing and large. you get 6 choices and are customisable. lovely fresh fruit and salads come with every meal. they service the rooms every day and they are impeccably clean. water everyday too. I really recommend you trying this place. from what I can see most of their customers are return loyal guests. oh and the location is superb.

Pleasant staff, bright rooms, large garden. I recommend the deluxe pool room. We will be happy to come back. We visit regularly every year. The hotel is located by the main road, close to the beach, but in the garden near the rooms there is peace and quiet

This is a nice place to stay right in central Sanur. It is a little back from the main road, so the rooms are quiet. The place is booked out over the winter months with multiple older Dutch couples staying 2-4 months at a time and occupying the same sun lounges around the very warm pool. The hotel has standard rooms, Balinese rooms and deluxe rooms with the cheaper rooms often booked out. Breakfast is charged extra. It is cheaper to book online via a booking engine than direct with the hotel which makes no sense, even if you stand in front of the reception. There are no discounts for longer stays and little flexibility in terms of check out or changing bookings. The rooms are meticulously clean and at $50 per night priced at the the top end of this price range. Reception is not particularly helpful or informative but nice enough. Location is unbeatable with the path to the beach straight opposite and many cafes/restaurants. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I just would not expect anyone to remember me or be particularly welcoming (which us odd for Bali).

Stayed for 13 nights, 7 of us in 3 different types of rooms. Great value for money, all rooms were good size and very clean. AC in all worked great. Gardens are great and pool is great but was warm in arvo but it was fine. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, no road noise and great access to the beach. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location. Quiet and off the main street. Lovely staff. Good pool area. Cons: Uncomfortable old bed. Uncomfortable pillows. Shower over bath. Tired, dated bathroom. Freezer iced over. The breakfasts are very ordinary. There's a lot to like about this place. I just wish they would buy some new mattresses. They are old and uncomfortable 😣

Pool lovely, clean garden very well kept, quiet location back from road, in the centre of sanur, close to everything, clientele mostly older couples good value for money, room upstairs, last on right ,was very clean, safe included, a/c and south facing balcony overlooking pool, 10 minutes to beach across road, book breakfast or it will cost 80000idr separately.

Stayed here for a few days after arriving in Bali. The hotel is centrally located with a good access road opposite the hotel to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk. There are several restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are ok, I had room 1 and it smelled a bit musty, but it is still cleaned every day. These are the older rooms near the entrance and up the stairs. If you want a quieter room I wouldn't choose this one. There is also a nice swimming pool with sun loungers, but not always enough for all guests and not all chairs can be in the shade, the sun is sharp and warm so you actually want that.
