I stay 2 nights and all service is very good. One thing really bother is the guy who continuously sweep and clean the breakfast area while evryone is busy eating. I was there for 1.5 hour from 6am and he continue to sweep and clean the same area over and over again. It is so annoying apart from the dust he might stir up to the air. I told him to stop and he says he must clean to make sure no stain on the floor. I appreciate the need to be clean but maybe shld be done at diffetent timing

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was good. Nearby has a small shopping mall with supermarket. Although far fr Kuta beach (maybe abt 25 mins w jam), it is near airport so quite convenient.
They even prepared a breakfast box as we needed to leave early to catch a day tour.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport (about 20 mins drive away with some traffic).
Close to various beaches, shopping/touristy area.
Breakfast spread is good too just that it can get crowded in the morning.
Room is clean and neat. Free flow drinking water provided too.

The hotel is at a good location. The service is very good. The staff is so hotblood. Hotel breakfast is good. The hotel is clean, the pool was perfect

Pretty good buffet, but you have to get there early before the occasional tour groups.
The staff are very helpful.
The beach is somewhat difficult to access due to narrow or nonexistent sidewalks on the way. The air quality can be sorely wanting at times.

It is a very good hotel with a decent budget to stay for a night once you arrive to Bali. The location is not more than 15 minutes for the airport.

Hotel was great. Room size is a little small, food tasted mediocre. Location was central & staff was friendly.

Amazing!! We stayed for 4 nights. Service is superb, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the open-air lounge area with live music.. will definitely come back. Hotel location is in a quiet area. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast selection, needs to put more choices. Other that that, we love the room with balcony, perfect. Thanks for the great stay

Stayed for 6 nights 7 days. A great stay. 30 minutes walk from Kuta Beach, quiet neighborhood, great amenities, good service. Food is good, staffs are friendly and had been a great stay. Totally recommend.

Maybe I’m biased having basically lived in this hotel for all of 2020 and the staff feeling like family but I wouldn’t rather stay anywhere else. The Je Ja Ton resto breakfast has loads of choices and several options if you happen to be gluten and/or dairy free. They also have a juice bar just outside the resto. At night the live music is a good vibe. The hotel isn’t super close to anything but also isn’t super far from anything. I feel like it’s an easy spot to stay at if you have a short vacation and plan to hop around to different areas during your stay. And always a comfortable place to come back to for the night. Love it here and highly recommend!

Not very walkable. Cleanliness needs to improve. Was upgraded, and the finishes of the room leave a lot to be desired. Furniture chipped and stained, general details in disrepair. Fairly disputing as a Marriott elite.
