all our requests were acceded to promptly. this was quite important to us in particular the request for change of room. we really liked the great location. the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

The best location in central ubud. Rooms were small but clean and well maintained, management was helpful… so many restaurants and coffee shops around and monkey forest 2 minutes walk. I really recommend it. Only the soundproofing of rooms need to be improved.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic except for the noise you could hear, which was coming out of the room. The best thing about this place is the cleanliness of the room, every day they clean and change the towels. The location of the hotel is great, it's within the reach of a lot of restaurants, spas and money exchanging places..

We had a wonderful stay at The Evitel Resort Ubud. The hotel is in a very good location, with many attractions nearby, making it convenient to explore Ubud. The breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Apriana, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was not only attentive at the hotel but also acted as our tour guide on his own time — very honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Overall, our experience at The Evitel Resort Ubud was excellent, and we would happily return.

The location is 5 star" very convenient in the heart of Bali Ubud. If I stay here again, there is no need to book this hotel breakfast coz there are plenty of options just outside this hotel. But I think hotel breakfast is very good price. Location of breakfast is on rooftop with swimming pool. A great view with natural air eating your breakfast.
But the negative side is the traffic congestion getting in and out here. Especially on weekends! Better allow 2 hours going to the airport … just in case.
