pool is clean and deep
beach is nearby as well as evening live music in the cafe
strategically located - the biggest shopping mall right behind the corner
room was spacious and tidy

We stayed in these apar**ents for 3 days. Good location, close to Pozha Kuta. The rooms are not new, it is worth updating the kitchen (at least in our room). The price/quality ratio is quite a good option. Excellent, helpful staff, we asked for an extra pillow and towel, they brought everything. From the recommendations to the apar**ent manager, put dish sponges, paper towels and other small things for life in the rooms.

Place is run down and the water made from the sink and shower made the entire room smell. Was just a general smell of mould thinking most hotels that are old are similar will experience this during covid prob not many people staying in the hotels. All in all was just not good

Hotel photos are good, but the bedding is dirty and the facilities are old. I got a discount for 2 nights and made a reservation at 130,000 won, but if you visit at full price, it is absolutely not a facility at that price. The swimming pool is also very outdated and old, so it actually feels aesthetically pleasing. It is an advantage that the room is spacious, but there are no amenities, and a small one is given only when you request a hair dryer. The people working there were very kind, but considering the facilities and price, I can never leave a good review.

An extremely handy location, off the noisy main road at 1/2 Kuta beach. The units are very clean and modern and have everything you need to self cater if you want to, our fridge was well used with drinks and making ice. A few minute walk to Beachwalk and poppies. We stayed with friends at the same location and it was great to meet around the pool. The rooms are serviced every second day, and staff do an exceptional job.

The accommodation is very dirty and run-down. Dust is rolling around and everything you touch is covered in dust. I don't know if it was cleaned, but there are ants walking around. Half of the employees can communicate well in English, while the other half cannot. I waited for 10 minutes to check out, but couldn't see the staff so I left my card in the lobby. The shower water comes out strangely, but the price is cheap and it's okay to use it for surfing as it's right in front of Kuta Beach.
