Awful, damp room, paint missing in places, curtains mouldy, bedding smells, sink leaks, door locks with a massive gap so didn’t feel safe to leave anything of value in the room. The bin was emptied but came back dirty, teacups were wash out but still stained with tea on the outside. Not great for an asthmatic, was told no other rooms available to change, paid for a week but only stayed for 3 nights.

I really loved the property - good location, lovely staff, in a nice area. The only downside was not having a minibar inside the room.

Very well paved near the market and all restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. The hotel was so nice and the pool in good condition! Recommend staying here when in ubud!

Staff were welcoming, swimming pool was nice and breakfast was a lovely addition. However, the mould in the bedroom was unbelievable. It felt unsafe to sleep in the room as it was all over the walls and bathroom. There were huge holes in the ceiling which let in a couple lizards and cockroaches. They should update the rooms and then all would be great !

Conveniently located in downtown Ubud. The room was spacious and clean. Internet wasn't the best. Breakfast was decent. There's a lot of noise from pets and kids as it's a homestay.

We booked a room with 2 beds but when we arrived they gave us a room with 1 small bed instead. We asked to be mived to a 2 bedd room and they said they didnt have one. So we asked to rent an additional room and they didnt have any of those either. We promptly got a refund and did not stay at this location.
