Kesalahan saya adalah lupa mengisi tanggal checkin saya lalu belum beberapa detik saya melakukan pengubahan tanggal, namun booking sudah tidak bisa di refund ini sangat menjengkelkan bagi saya. Saya mencoba menghubungi pihak hotel dengan alih ingin mengubah tanggal checkin sesuai tgl yg saya inginkan. Pihak hotel menjawab telfon saya lalu setelah berbincang sebentar dia Memblokir No hp saya dan tidak bisa dihubungi sama sekali.

房間空間很大，但容易有小昆蟲，沒有提供洗髮精及沐浴乳，沒有電梯，如果住在二樓，行李要自己扛上去，飯店有簡單的早餐，適合背包客那種，住宿體驗算普通.

Sedikit kecewa dengan akomodasi ini,di voucher hotel tertera kalau kamar saya include breakfast tetapi dari pihak staf menyatakan kamar tdk include breakfast dan akhirnya saya kasih liat voucher hotel ya..akhirnya pihak hotel memberikan breakfast..setelah itu yg datang cuman nasi goreng dan teh manis...kecewa lagi karena di dalam gelas teh semut kecil banyak akhirnya saya komplain....saya tdk mau datang kembali ke hotel ini...

Lovely, hard working staff. Room had some issues that was quickly resolved. The Villas are so beautiful and the area is wonderful. The new Eka Wood restaurant is a particular highlight and it’s close by. Pay the extra and book the Villas is my recommendation. The air con is super powerful!
